How to use Sirmione Water.
- Remove the screw cap from the bottle and pierce the protective seal with the nebulizer included in the package, screwing it onto the bottle and allowing the excess water to flow out.
2. Spray the dispenser first into one nostril, then the other, and spray 5 to 10 times per nostril. While spraying, it is advisable to inhale deeply through your nose to facilitate penetration and absorption of the product.
